Spring Break
During my spring break, I did a lot of homework, and not a lot of relaxing. When I did get some time off, I spent it with my new born nephew Reese. He is the cutest little baby ever! I did get to make it out a one night to see some bad bands preform at the bar Gooski's in Polish Hill. They were some local Punk and Hipster bands and they were no good, the lead singers mostly mumbled instead of actually singing. The one thing that I got done during my break that wasn't school related was the purchase of my tickets to Ireland for this Summer. I am going to be traveling around Europe for a month with a friend from High School. The purchase of these tickets has only made this semester go even more slow... I am more than ready to be graduated and done with this University for good. This past semester has only reinforced my negative feelings for this university.

Pat, Congrats on your new nephew! That must be so exciting. I can't even imagine having tickets to travel Europe and having to wait all semester to actually go there! I'd be losing my mind and not focused on school at all. Then again, the sooner school gets done, the sooner you can travel!
ReplyDeletePretty stellar being an uncle, right? It only gets better my man! Bummer to hear about the butt show you went to, that only means you must make up for it at an unforgettable one, of course! I am highly jealous of your Ireland destination, but I am sure you will document it immensely with your picture taking knack and all. I believe through Facebook rants we have established our mutual loathing for this last semester. If we make it thought this class, oh life will be sweet!
ReplyDeletecongrats on your new nephew! I am a new aunt so I know the excitement you must be feeling! I hope you have an awesome time in Europe that will be a great experience, traveling is something I'd love to do after I graduate. I got the time to do some relaxing over break too, I didnt want to think about school at all. I am so anxious for summer to be here already too!!
